Will my output color same as my laser printer output or in my monitor?
There is not possible to achieve 100% color quality as in your laser printing and monitor. Pc monitor is using RGB mode where else our printing is in CMYK mode. Color displayed on your computer monitor is created by projected or additive light. Therefore there is no guarantee that the finished products are exactly matching your laser printing, monitor, or digital print outs. Different printer, be it inkjet or laser printers will have varying results.


Guarantee for the output printing colour same as my sample?
It is known in the printing industry that printer cannot guarantee that they can match your required colors 100%. Even from one commercial printing firm to another, there can be differences in the outputs. If you require a better match color, you can send us the digital proof. 

NOTE: For the print out for the colour match that have differ of 10% to15% is Acceptable.

What file format do you accept?
We only accept: AI - Adobe Illustrator format. 
Adobe PDF - consult us if using the PDF format Adobe Photoshop


How can I send you the artwork?
You can email to us at [email protected]. If the files are too large, you may contact us. We will arrange our sales personnel to pickup the CD from you. Remember to save a copy of JPEG or PDF or hardcopy for checking purpose.


What is the lead time for my order?

What is the difference between RGB and CMYK mode?
RGB is the color mode used for display devices such as monitors and televisions, and it is not printable. Computer's monitor uses RGB. 
CMYK refers to the 4 inks used by printing presses. C is Cyan, M is Magenta, Y is Yellow, and K is black.


*A mistaken oftens made by customers when submitting printing job. CMYK mode is required as we need to separate the objects into 4 colors so that a separate printing place can be made for each of the colors.

What happens if my order is not received on the scheduled day?
In the event of a failure by the delivery company we will file a claim on your behalf and usually we will be able to issue a partial refund in 1-3 business days. These claims are treated on a case by case basis.


When my order ships will I be notified?
Yes, when you order ships, we will send you an email.


What happens is the files are send are not correct?
We preview all files for orders and if they do not meet our specifications, pending on your order & you are notified via email.


How will I know if my order was proceed?
Whenever the status of an order changes we send out status updates via email.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of within 1days when you place order on our website or email.
